A farmer training session was held in July 2023 at Chirantana School, Kabbalu, in Kanakapura, to spread awareness about organic farming among local farmers.
The session covered the benefits of organic farming and agroforestry, concerns about long-term reliance on chemical fertilisers, and practical guidance on how to make the switch.
Videos and information from farmers who had already made the change were shared, so that those considering it could see the results on similar land.
